The 137th Canton Fair

    The 137th Canton Fair was held in Guangzhou in three phases from April 15 to May 5. As the "barometer" and "weather vane" of China's foreign trade, the Canton Fair, which is held twice a year, attracts global attention. As of April 14, statistics show that more than 200,000 overseas buyers from 215 countries and regions have pre-registered for this exhibition. In addition, 255 of the world's top 250 retailers and major merchants from various countries and regions will form a delegation to attend the exhibition, setting a historical record.

   
    This Canton Fair was held in Guangzhou in three phases from April 15 to May 5, with a total of 55 exhibition areas, 172 product areas, a total exhibition area of ​​1.55 million square meters, a total of about 74,000 booths, and about 31,000 exhibitors. Among them, the number of export exhibition booths is nearly 73,000, and the number of exhibitors has exceeded 30,000 for the first time, an increase of nearly 900 over the previous session. The number of import exhibition booths is about 1,600, and 736 companies from 50 countries and regions are participating.

   
    This year's Canton Fair focuses on key markets such as the "Belt and Road", RCEP, Europe and the United States. By holding promotion activities around the world, deepening cooperation with all parties, organizing advertising and new media marketing, and other forms and channels to carry out investment promotion, we strive to achieve a higher level of diversification of buyers' sources and help companies expand into the international market. At the same time, we specifically invite the world's top 250 retail companies and industry leaders to optimize the structure and quality of overseas buyers attending the fair.

    In order to better meet the needs of exhibitors and visitors, this year's Canton Fair will hold more than 1,000 trade promotion activities. Including 18 industry conferences, about 400 new product launches, more than 590 "Trade Bridge" trade promotion series activities, 20 "Haobao, Haoni explore Canton Fair" activities, etc.
