Hitachi Construction Machinery’s "Happiness Day" Activity

Hitachi Construction Machinery's "Happiness Day" activity was held at Hitachi Construction Machinery (China) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as: HCMC). Hundreds of families gathered at the manufacturing base to experience the corporate culture of Hitachi Construction Machinery in laughter and joy.

Hitachi Construction Machinery is rooted in China, puts people first, and never forgets to repay the local society and company employees. This year's "Happiness Day" event was jointly planned by the Corporate Social Responsibility Management Promotion Committee, labor unions and relevant departments. More than 100 groups of families from Ho Chi Minh City and Hitachi Construction Machinery Sales (China) Co., Ltd., partner companies and communities were invited to participate. More than 30 employees provide full services to escort the event.

The original intention and significance of holding this open-up activity is to allow staff’s family members to enter the company, which enhance their members' understanding and care for staffs and provide an entertaining communication platform for staffs' children. The rich on-site activities, factory visiting, lucky draws and other links are closely connected, which full of laughter in the site of activity.
